About the Role:

The Regional Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing clinical operations across multiple healthcare facilities within a designated region. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care by implementing standardized clinical protocols and fostering compliance with regulatory requirements. The manager will lead, mentor, and support clinical teams to optimize performance, improve patient outcomes, and drive operational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional departments and external stakeholders is essential to align clinical services with organizational goals and community health needs. Ultimately, the Regional Clinical Manager ensures that all clinical activities within the region meet the highest standards of care while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field.
  • Current and valid professional licensure relevant to clinical practice (e.g., RN license) in the United States.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical best practices, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple clinical sites effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within large healthcare systems or multi-site clinical operations.
  • Certification in healthcare quality or management (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality - CPHQ).
  • Strong background in data analytics and performance measurement tools.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare information technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise clinical staff across multiple sites to ensure consistent and effective patient care delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives in alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, administrative teams, and external agencies to facilitate seamless clinical operations and resource allocation.
  • Analyze clinical performance data to identify trends, address gaps in care, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to clinical personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
  • Manage budgets and resources to support clinical programs and initiatives within the region.
  • Serve as a key liaison between regional clinical teams and senior leadership to communicate challenges, progress, and strategic plans.

Pay: $72,250.00 - $95,000.00 per year
