Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage a team
- Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance processes
- Experience with Maintenance & Repair tasks, including performing necessary repairs and upgrades
- Advanced Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance-related fields are a plus
- Previous plant or industrial maintenance experience is beneficial
