Description:DescriptionEastern Metal Framing is looking for a motivated and reliable Forklift Operator to add to our Production department. You will have the opportunity to be part of a fast pace and growing company. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, positive attitudes and a willingness to learn. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for the movement of material. Job FunctionsLoading and unloading materialMoving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the warehouseStacking material in the correct storage, following inventory control instructionsChecking to be sure loads are secureStacking empty palletsPerforming daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and checking equipmentRemoving machine attachments and waste material from machinesExamining products to verify conformance to quality standardsRequirements:RequirementsHS Diploma or equivalent(Two) 2 plus year operating a ForkliftForklift CertifiedExcellent integrity, strong character and takes initiativeExcellent interpersonal skills to interact with people from all levels and departments.Ability to communicate effectively in English. Bi-lingual, desired.Ability to use computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Eastern Metal Framing Warehouse Management System.High attention to detail.
