Summary
We are seeking a receptionist/ customer service to join our team at Eastern Metal/USA Sign. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance while contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and transferring them to the proper employees.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Manage administrative tasks including data entry and office organization.
- Entering sales orders for customers in QuickBooks.
- Quotes for customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management practices is a plus.
- QuickBooks Experience is preferred
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
