Essential Duties/Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse activities during assigned shifts, including receiving, storage, inventory movement, and order fulfillment
- Assign work and prioritize tasks to ensure productivity, quality, and timely completion of operational objectives
- Monitor workflow and staffing levels to meet customer service and operational requirements
- Ensure adherence to established warehouse procedures and company standards
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees to support performance improvement and career development
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment consistent with company policies and OSHA regulations
- Conduct safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices
- Monitor inventory movement and replenishment needs to support operational efficiency
- Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams regarding product availability and replenishment requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs

Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
- Strong warehouse operations and inventory management experience
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret measurements
- Knowledge of EMS products preferred
- Must be available to work assigned shifts, including 2nd or 3rd shift as required
- Warehouse environment with moderate noise levels
