Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Main Duties:
Answer incoming calls directing them to the appropriate entity
Attend to walk-in customers
Invoice distribution
Filing invoices
Order office supplies
Issue Purchase Orders for all vehicle repairs and close all vehicle repair work orders.
Customer inquiry form distribution
Other miscellaneous service administrative duties
Requirements:
Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus
Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Must be a team player
Pleasant and professional phone demeanor
Stable work history
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Salary range:
A range of $20-$25/hr. Compensation is based on experience.
