- Completed ACT 120 Training and certified by MPOETC, or a graduate of the Pennsylvania State Police Academy
- Minimum of 3 years law enforcement experience
- Weapons qualification and relevant trainings as required
- Valid PA driver's license
- All required clearances must be compliant with the Pennsylvania Department of Education's mandated criteria for hire, including: Current Act 34, 151, and 144

The Eastern Lebanon County School District is accepting applications for the position of School Police Officer. This is a ten-month, full-time position. Applicants must be willing to work a flexible schedule and will be responsible for various functions to assist in providing, maintaining, and enforcing a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate will perform law enforcement functions in accordance with State laws and School District policies; patrol District schools and property; support administrative and/or campus activities; investigate possible illegal activity; communicate information, observation, and/or incidents that have potential impacts on safety; and collaborate regularly with their supervisor and District administration.
Candidates should possess outstanding communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a sincere commitment to contributing to a supportive and positive school culture and climate.
