CDL Truck Driving Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CDL Truck Driving Trainer to lead the development and instruction of aspiring commercial truck drivers. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive training programs that prepare students to operate tractor-trailers safely and confidently, adhering to all federal and state regulations. Your expertise will empower new drivers to excel in their careers while promoting safety, professionalism, and compliance within the trucking industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of commercial drivers through engaging classroom instruction and hands-on training.

2 positions open: one Full-time CDL driver/trainer and one part-time CDL driver/trainer.

This position offers a great work & life balance, home nightly, local position, serving mainly the Muscatine campus and towards the Quad Cities.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CDL license and a certified medical card are required with 2 years industry experience as a driver in the trucking industry.
• Computer skills are required
• Familiarity of DOT log procedures and CDL industry regulations.

Pay: $57,400.00 - $70,200.00 per year
