This paid internship provides a comprehensive introduction to industrial sales and wholesale distribution, along with the opportunity for a full-time Industrial Sales Trainee position after graduation.

About Eastern Industrial Supplies

What You'll Do as an Intern
First 4 Weeks: Get hands-on experience in operations (receiving, order processing, shipping) and complete safety, forklift, and ERP/database training.
Next 5-6 Weeks: Shadow inside and outside sales teams, retail counter reps, and learn sales processes.
Capstone Intern Project: Work on a strategic business initiative and present findings to our Executive Leadership Team.
Who We're Looking For
Rising senior pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field - August or December 2026 and May 2027 expected graduates should apply. May 2026 graduates will also be considered if they are interested in a full-time Trainee position in August when the internship ends.
Interest in industrial sales and distribution
Comfortable working in a distribution center environment
Strong team player with attention to detail and a drive to learn
