- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in customer service or public-facing roles preferred.
- Comfort with Microsoft Windows applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and multi-line systems a plus.
- \$15.25 per hour.
