Eastern Football Club coaches serve programs for all ages and abilities. The community coaches coach youth teams in local travel and recreation organizations in and around Westchester County, New York. We are looking for coaches to train players ages 4-14 in 8-10 week programs throughout the year carrying out the Eastern FC curriculum. We also have coaches who work with neurodiverse athletes. Our curriculum is specifically designed to develop players through an intense and fun environment.

We are looking to add quality soccer coaches and trainers to our team.

Successful soccer job applicants will predominantly coach players aged 4-14.

A strong soccer background is required along with a high level of commitment, ability to communicate, and exceptional character.

We’re looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about soccer, educating players of all abilities, and are passionate about coaching soccer.

The following qualifications are mandatory for coaches at Eastern FC:

• Fluent in English
• Valid driver's licence
• Minimum Coaching License (USSF Grassroots License/USSF D License/NSCAA Advanced Diploma)
• At least 3 years of experience coaching youth soccer
• Candidates with soccer qualifications and licenses are preferred.

To be considered for this position, you will be required to attend a face-to-face interview and deliver a 30-60 minute sample session. This will be scheduled within 1-2 weeks of your submission if you are considered for the position. Please have references ready upon request.

Compensation is highly competitive for the marketplace and is based on qualifications, and Experience.

Eastern Football Club (EFC) is a premier soccer organization that is focused on player development at the youth, recreational, travel, premier, college and professional level. Our premier program coaches prepare players to play in highly competitive premier leagues across the Northeast. Our community program coaches work with players in and around Westchester County. Our organization is affiliated with international premier clubs and it works diligently to provide a feeder system similar to these European clubs. In addition to this our premier players also visit England and Spain annually to work with Professional European Clubs’ Academy staff in their state of the art facilities.

The foundation of our success is our coaches. Our coaches’ educational experiences range from professional, collegiate, high school, and youth development. In addition to this they have various playing experiences from the college, professional, international levels and beyond. Our coaches come from several different continents and speak multiple languages. They are mentors, educators, players, and models to our players, and they are also consistent students of the game. They constantly seek to continue their education regularly seeking educational experiences from USSF, NSCAA, UEFA, FA, and more. They are all licensed and are required to continue their professional development to the highest level possible.
