creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Product Developer to join our
team. The Product Developer will be responsible for bringing product
concepts to life?from ideation to launch?by collaborating with
cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring product quality
and market fit. Key Responsibilities: ? Work closely with design,
marketing, and sourcing teams to develop new products that align with
brand strategy and customer needs. ? Translate product concepts and
briefs into detailed specifications and prototypes. ? Source and
evaluate raw materials, components, or suppliers as needed. ? Coordinate
testing and validation of product prototypes for functionality, quality,
and compliance. ? Manage timelines and ensure that key milestones are
met throughout the product development lifecycle. ? Analyze market
trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to inform product
improvements or innovation. ? Maintain accurate records of product
specifications, revisions, and costings. ? Collaborate with
manufacturing or production teams to ensure feasibility and scalability
of products. Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Product Design,
Industrial Design, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. ? 2?5
years of experience in product development or a related role

management, communication, and problem-solving skills. ? Proficient in
tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, Excel, or other
