Shop-Based or Road Mechanic (Based on Preference & Experience)
Looking for somewhere to grow your career and actually enjoy the work you’re doing?
Eastern Equipment Services (EES) is actively seeking a solid, experienced mechanic to join our small but tight‑knit service team. This role is a great fit for someone who:
- Enjoys variety and problem‑solving, not repetitive work
- Is comfortable working independently without being micromanaged
- Takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company that’s building something long‑term
Depending on your experience and preference, this position may be shop‑based or on‑road.

- Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment

We also:

- Work on a variety of large and interesting projects, not just the same machines every day
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or similar role
- Working knowledge of hydraulic systems and components
- An established set of personal tools
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and ability to work independently
What We Offer
- Starting pay (with review and potential increase after a 3‑month probationary period)
- Flexibility to work in‑shop or on‑road depending on fit
- A small, experienced team where your work actually matters
- Room to grow as the company continues to expand
If you’re tired of being micromanaged or stuck doing the same thing every day, and want to be part of a shop that values skill, trust, and problem‑solving, please check us out!
