We are a fast-growing logistics company specializing in container drayage services, delivering reliable, efficient solutions to importers, exporters, and freight forwarders. As we expand, we are seeking a Business Development Representative who can open doors, build relationships, and help us scale to the next level.


About the Role:

We are looking for a driven individual with a true hunter mentality. If you have the personality, energy, and persistence to go after opportunities, the earning potential here is enormous — quadrupling your base salary through commissions is very realistic.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with importers, exporters, and freight forwarders
  • Consistently generate leads through outreach: calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person visits
  • Develop strong client relationships through follow-up and clear communication
  • Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
  • Track sales activity and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects

  • Proven ability to sell and close, regardless of industry

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions
