Job description:
- Welcome patients warmly, assist with patient intake, and ensure all forms are completed accurately
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using electronic scheduling systems
- Answer patient phone calls promptly, providing information about services, office hours, and appointment availability
- Explain basic chiropractic procedures and office policies to patients in a clear and friendly manner
- Prepare patients for treatment by assisting with positioning, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort
- Assist the chiropractor during treatments by setting up therapy equipment, handing over instruments, and applying modalities as directed (e.g., hot/cold packs, ultrasound)
- Monitor and observe patient responses during treatment and report any concerns to the chiropractor
- Provide basic therapeutic exercises and instructions to patients as per chiropractor guidance
- Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available and sanitized
