Job Summary: Achievement and Inclusion Specialists connect multicultural and historically under-served students and families with community and school programs, resources, and events to ensure academic success and a community of belonging. The specialists work to remove barriers that may impact student success, such as language differences, lack of access to information, or limited familiarity with school systems. This role fosters an inclusive school culture where diversity is celebrated and every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Benefits: Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Professional and Technical Personnel and Chaska School District 112. This position is not eligible for overtime and comp time.
