REPORTS TO: Director of Buildings and Grounds or designee
EVALUATION: In accordance with Board of Education Policy

Qualifications
- Black seal license preferred
- Sufficient strength, agility, and dexterity to perform required tasks.
- Knowledge of methods, materials, and equipment used in custodial work.
- Demonstrated aptitude or competence in assigned responsibilities
- Successful completion of a Functional Capacity Assessment as certified by a medical examiner.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
