What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Glass Technician position at Eastern Auto Works?
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Auto Glass Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of auto glass work, including windshields, door glass, window regulators, and more. This individual should be efficient, organized, and customer-oriented, with a strong understanding of automotive service and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely remove damaged or broken glass from vehicles.
- Install replacement windshields, door windows, vent windows, and mirrors.
- Reinstall moldings, clips, windshield wipers, and other components removed during repair or replacement.
- Locate and inspect required parts and materials in the warehouse before installation.
- Diagnose and perform repairs on glass-related issues.
- Handle all glass products, tools, and equipment safely and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with managers, team members, and customers to ensure a positive service experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
