What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate position at Eastern Auto Parts LLC.?
We are seeking a motivated individual to effectively conduct deliveries, pick-ups, and handle occasional calls in-store. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-paced environment.
We require basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft word, and be able to proficiently type fast.
We may also require a DMV report.
- Deliver orders to customers when needed, as well as pick up parts at different vendors.
- Assist in office duties such as organizing paperwork, inputting incoming and outgoing data, and making orders.
- Support co-workers when needed in the office.
- Be able to take customer's orders effectively (writing down their car information, what part they are looking for, then assisting in finding them a price).
- Driver's license is required as you will be expected to drive to and from customer's shops, vendors, and our store.
- Arriving on time every day.
- Commitment to providing the upmost service to our customer's through care and attention to detail.
- Be able to have basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Prior experience working at a similar job preferred (auto parts, taking orders, making deliveries).
- Demonstrated proficiency communicating with co-workers and customers.
- Strong writing skills and preferably typing skills as well.
- Understanding and being able to communicate in Spanish preferred
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Proficiently type fast.
- Excellent customer service under pressure.
- Lifting up to 30 lbs.
