Eastern Area Agency on Aging is seeking a motivated and experienced Community Services Supervisor to lead our Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) team. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position balances direct service with guiding and supporting staff in a meaningful role that helps older adults, adults with disabilities, and caregivers access critical services and supports.

What You’ll Do
As the Community Services Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee the daily operations and workflow of resource center programs
- Supervise and support staff, interns, and volunteers while fostering a positive team environment
- Provide direct consumer services including information and assistance, case management, and walk-in support
- Facilitate team meetings, staff communication, and ongoing training
- Monitor program quality, compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements
- Conduct outreach and public education presentations throughout the community
- Build strong partnerships with community agencies and statewide organizations
- Collaborate with management to develop innovative, consumer-centered service strategies
This position requires a visible, hands-on presence across multiple locations. The position will be based out of EAAA’s Brewer office and includes regular travel throughout our service area. Hybrid work-from-home flexibility is available balanced with maintaining the needs of the program.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Human Development, Gerontology, Health Services, or a related field; LSW or LSW eligibility preferred
- Three or more years of experience in case management, service coordination, or related human services work; Previous supervisory experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a collaborative team environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
