Role Description

Key responsibilities include developing accurate flight plans, coordinating with flight crews and air traffic control, monitoring weather conditions, and addressing any operational changes. Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of flight planning, route structure, and weight and balance principles
- Proficiency in weather analysis, airport limitations, and communication with air traffic control
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills under pressure
- Knowledge of aeronautical regulations and operational compliance standards
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities to effectively coordinate with flight crew and departments
- FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certification is required
