Pay Range $29-$36 per hour (experience-based) along with a complete benefits package.

Key Duties Oversee complete installations of residential and light-commercial HVAC equipment to our exacting standards. Supervise and coach helpers and apprentices, uphold safety and quality on every site, and deliver a smooth, professional customer experience from start to finish.
Work Hours 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, plus overtime as needed.

What You'll Need
- Current driver's license and clean, insurable driving record
- Solid background in HVAC installation (previous lead or senior experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage a small crew and develop junior technicians
- Physical capability to lift 75 pounds, navigate attics and crawlspaces, and work safely from ladders
