Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore is seeking a leader who is energetic, organized, team-player to join our Adult Day Health program in New Castle! Easterseals Adult Day Health day program serves individuals with disabilities, and those requiring memory care support. In this role, you will lead activities, create a monthly activity calendar, provide personal care support, and document services provided.

Qualifications:
- Comfortable providing personal care to adults with disabilities
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen
- Bachelor’s degree plus one year of experience in developing and conducting activities for the population to be served OR an Associate’s degree in a related field plus two years of appropriate experience OR a National Certification as an activity or therapeutic recreational professional plus two years of appropriate experience OR a high school diploma or equivalent plus three years in developing and conducting activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed CNA
- Adult Day program and/or memory care experience
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
