Easterseals Florida – Pediatric Outpatient Therapy
Easterseals Florida is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our Pediatric Outpatient Therapy team on a PRN basis. What You'll Do
- Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing using EMR systems
- Set measurable goals and track progress based on each child's Plan of Care
- Manage your assigned caseload efficiently and supervise SLPAs as needed
- Collaborate with families, school staff, early intervention programs, and care teams
- Provide education, guidance, and support to ensure success beyond therapy sessions

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Florida SLP License
- NPI and Medicaid provider number
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and basic technology
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and professionalism
- Commitment to ethical practice, growth, and compassionate care
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (minimum age 21) for program-related travel
