What You'll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, mobility, and transfers)
- Monitor client well-being, observe changes, and report concerns promptly
- Document care, including vital signs and daily activities
- Support a safe, respectful, and culturally responsive environment
- Assist with meals, snacks, and restorative exercises
- Respond to emergencies and follow safety and infection control procedures
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean, comfortable space
- Collaborate with the care team and participate in ongoing training
- Driving to travel to client homes is an essential responsibility
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- Minimum 1 year of experience with individuals with disabilities, special needs, and/or the aging population
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional with a strong commitment to quality care
- Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required to drive for program related business
