Summer Therapist (2 postitions)

EASTCONN is hiring summer school based clinicians to meet the needs of an clinical day
treatment program located at EASTCONN's Clinical Day Treatment Program
in Windham for the Extended School Year from July 1st-June 30 2026

NRP provides an individualized educational approach in a small
and supportive clinical setting.

Responsibilities include individual and group therapy, parent communication, case management, classroom consultation, crisis management, and collaboration with administrative and educational staff in developing student behavior programs.

Required:
• Applicant must have CSDE certification in one of the following areas:
070: School Psychologist
071: School Social Worker
268: School Marriage and Family Therapist
068: School Counselor
• Strong behavior management skills;
• Ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff, families, and
community providers;
• Ability to work well with others as a team; and
• Ability to facilitate problem-solving conversations among team members
and between staff and students.
