Ambassadors are responsible for creating a positive and informative experience for customers while driving awareness and affinity for the Brix brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and break down the Brix pop-up station at designated retail or event locations.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to promote brand awareness.
- Educate customers on Brix product lines (flower, pre-rolls, vapes, and edibles) and their key differentiators.
- Provide basic cannabis education and responsible use guidance to consumers.
- Represent the Brix brand in alignment with company values, image, and compliance requirements.
- Collect feedback from customers and store staff to share with the Sales & Marketing team.
- Support promotional campaigns, giveaways, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure all marketing materials, signage, and displays are presented professionally.
- Communicate availability and confirm event scheduling in advance.
- Work collaboratively with dispensary staff to ensure smooth event execution.
Qualifications
- Outgoing and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge or interest in cannabis products, culture, and compliance.
- Ability to confidently represent a brand and engage with a wide range of customers.
- Dependable, punctual, and organized.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple retail locations.
- Prior retail, sales, or brand ambassador experience preferred.
- Flexible scheduling, with availability requested one month in advance
Compensation
- Hourly pay based on experience, $20-22/hr
- Mileage reimbursement for travel to event locations.
- Brix Cannabis branded apparel and training provided.
