• Valid New Jersey Principal Certificate
• Master’s Degree or higher
• Proven administrative experience—building-level leadership preferred
• Demonstrated success in implementing educational innovations
• Strong communication, human relations, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Successful completion of all required background and residency documentation
