Job Summary

Pittsburgh, PA | Mars/Cranberry Township

• Start Date: June 23rd, 2025
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm; Guaranteed 40-50 hours/week
• Hourly Rate: $27-29
• Children: 4-year-old twin boys.
• Pets: No pets
• Paid Vacation: 10 days PTO and standard paid holidays plus day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and NYE

Responsibilities and Duties

• WHO/WHAT: Double the giggles, double the trucks, and definitely double the adventure! These identical twin boys are four years old, full of imagination, and are looking for a full-time teammate to help guide their growth with love, structure, and a whole lot of outdoor play. This family recently relocated to Pittsburgh to be closer to extended family and build deeper roots for their twins. Their previous nanny held a very special place in their lives—helping the boys stay emotionally regulated, fostering their independence, and bringing a sense of joy and wonder into everyday moments. They’re hoping to find another incredible partner in care who will feel like an extension of their parenting team. Both parents work from home and occasionally travel for work, which makes reliability, punctuality, and proactive communication especially important. The boys may attend half-day camps during the summer, and your daily rhythm will include supporting both structured and creative play, taking them on local outings in the family car, and offering age-appropriate opportunities for social, academic, and emotional growth. They adore imaginative games, the outdoors, swim time, Disney singalongs (especially Moana and Prince Ali), and everything trucks, trains, and monster truck-related. Your role will also include children’s laundry, parents’ laundry, light tidying like vacuuming and sweeping, and maintaining a calm, joyful household environment. No pets, but plenty of plush ones with names and personalities of their own. This household thrives on open communication, mutual respect, and working together. They hope to find a nanny who not only supports their children’s development but feels truly part of the team.
