Experience: • Two years of experience in quantity food preparation, service and facility maintenance in a commercial, institutional or a school food service setting • Supervisory experience preferred Education: • Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade • Training or coursework in nutrition, quantity food preparation, menu planning, safety, sanitation or other closely related areas

Food Handler's Certificate (Food Safety Manager Certificate, approved by the state of California)

The District employs approximately 1,075 teachers, administrators and support staff. We have 13 schools which operate on a traditional school year schedule.
