East West Partners is hiring a Vice President of Sales to lead sales strategy across our actively selling real estate projects. This senior role sets the tone for sales excellence company-wide and partners closely with Managing Partners, Sales Directors, Marketing leadership, and project teams in multiple markets.
The VP of Sales builds seasonal and annual sales plans, aligns sales and marketing strategies, and brings a cross-market perspective to drive results — all while championing EWP’s culture and elevating the buying experience for our customers.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Managing Partners, Sales Directors, and project teams across markets
Lead the creation of sales goals, business plans, and go-to-market strategies
Ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned with each project’s business plan
Facilitate reporting, communication, and cross-market best practices
Support project teams through site visits, meetings, and ongoing collaboration
What We’re Looking For
Senior-level sales leadership experience
Strong strategic planning and cross-functional communication skills
Experience in real estate development, new development sales, or related fields
Ability to work across multiple markets with varying needs and timelines
Extensive experience with EWP projects, teams, and sales operations, enabling immediate contribution across multiple markets.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus up to 10%
