What You’ll Do:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure peak efficiency.
- Handle routine maintenance across accommodations and common areas, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment to keep operations seamless.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to guest and owner maintenance requests, delivering top-notch service and satisfaction.
Location: Lodge Tower, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time Year Round
Pay Rate: $23 / hour
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts! Days to be determined; Must be able to work weekends & holidays
