What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bell Captain position at East West?
Join the team at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa as a Bell Captain, where you'll lead the Bell team in setting the standard for outstanding guest service! As the main point of contact for all luggage delivery and pickup, you’ll ensure a seamless, prompt, and safe experience for our guests. You'll be responsible for training and mentoring Bell Attendants, maintaining Westin brand standards, and delivering the warm, intuitive service that defines our hotel. Duties Include:
- Lead the Bell/Luggage Team
- Standardized luggage deliver with every bell/valet attendant
- Maintain luggage storage room/bell closet
- Bell Cart Maintenance
- Be second door lead to valet
- Train team on luggage handling, deliver, and pickup.
Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO.
Start Date: 5/15/2025
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $18 / hour (tips possible)
Schedule: Full time, Saturday - Sunday availability is a must. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate is sociable, outgoing, and brings proven Bell and Valet experience. You’ll lead by example, setting the tone for the team, ensuring all luggage is delivered promptly and safely, and training new and current team members to deliver service that meets Westin’s high standards. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team are a must!
