About The Role

- Job Location: The Aspen Mountain Residences
- Pay Rate: $24 / Hour
- Schedule: AM and/or PM schedule. Some weekend and holidays required.
- Employment Status: Full-Time Year-Round and Full-Time Seasonal
- Start Date: ASAP

- Welcome and assist guests and owners in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to guest and owner inquiries in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about property amenities, services, local attractions, restaurants, and activities in the Aspen area.
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly, professionally, and with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Transportation, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide backup support to the Transportation/Bell department when needed.
- Maintain accurate guest records and communicate important information to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.
- Consistently demonstrate a commitment to improving guest, owner, and colleague satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and established service standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn property management and reservation systems.
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
