Trailer Technician with Referee Experience

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Trailer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of various types of trailers with additional expertise in refereeing. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. The Trailer Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all trailers are safe and operational.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trailers, including brakes, lights, and suspension systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on each trailer.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding repair needs and timelines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while working in the shop environment.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Trailer Technician or in a similar mechanical role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
• Experience working with children or in sports coaching is a plus, as it demonstrates conflict management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with basketball or other sports may be beneficial for understanding teamwork dynamics within the shop environment.

Pay: $25.65 - $27.42 per hour
