The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa and Westin Mountain Villas, colleagues, guests and owners as well as property assets. Responsibilities Include: Ensure hotel security and safety, following all company policies and procedures to protect guests, employees, and property. Conduct garage parking audits and assist guests with parking, lost and found items, and package handling. Maintain loading dock and drop-off areas for appearance, organization, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to exceed guest expectations and support special projects as needed. Perform assigned duties thoroughly and efficiently, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and memorable guest experience. They are physically capable of lifting and maneuvering objects up to 150 lbs and have strong organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly.
