Managed by East West Hospitality, this Guest Service Agent role offers variety, connection, and the chance to be part of a close-knit team in a luxury condo setting with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. You’ll help us deliver exceptional service to guests and owners while maintaining the beauty and warmth of our property. Duties Include: Deliver exceptional guest and owner service, addressing requests and resolving issues promptly. Perform check-ins, prepare arrival packets, and manage phone communications. Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and housekeeping needs, including basic home repairs. Conduct daily property walks and condo inspections, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Support property upkeep tasks such as changing lightbulbs, pool care, snow removal, and grill maintenance. What's Hot: Flexible scheduling, ski breaks and ski-in/ski-out parking! Full time employees are eligible for our Winter Incentive (Merchant Ski Pass or end of season bonus, based on hire date). Location: Kiva - Beaver Creek, CO Employment Status: Full Time and Part Time, Seasonal Start Date: 11/1/2025 Pay Rate: $23/hour with limited gratuity potential Schedule: 8AM - 8PM, you can choose 5 eight hour shifts or 4 ten hour shifts. Weekends will be required. Posting Closing Date: 11/1/2025 or when filled Minimum Requirements Successful candidates will bring a positive attitude and a willingness to dive in and be a true team player. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be interacting with a diverse group of people. An eye for detail and the ability to handle hands-on tasks will set you apart, along with a high school diploma (or higher) and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You'll need basic computer skills, including learning to use our POS system, and fluency in English is required. This role also requires comfort being on your feet for extended periods of time.
