Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to supervise, lead, communicate and organized team base on daily events. Complete knowledge of daily and future events. Communicate effectively with clients and guests. Supervise the team members on following standards from Viceroy Hotel for service and grooming. Ability to follow directions from the client, Banquet Manager as well as the Catering and Conference Services Manager. Knowledgeable of banquet and catering menus and beverages. Ability to execute events effectively from beginning to end paying attention to details, based on BEO’s and groups. Knowledgeable of banquet equipment and spaces. Responsible on consumption inventory of food and beverage on each event. Assist Banquet manager with inventories. Other Duties and Responsibilities: Assist Manager closing checks. Assist Manager with inventory. Assist Manager with requisition for food and beverage. Assist team members on cleanliness and organization.
