The base pay range for this position is USD $20.00/Hr. - USD $32.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities
- Performing GL balancing/reconciling
- Process Return Items, Non-Post and Exception Transactions, Foreign Items, ATM Balancing, Adjustments
- Handle customer’s inquiries clearly via phone and email
- Conduct research and administer the creation, reproduction, and use of bank records accurately and timely
- Operate with minimal supervision and may need to exercise independent judgment in completing assignments
- May perform other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of experience working in the B anking Back Office Operations experience within a banking institution required
- FIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plus
- Collaboration/People skills
- Integrity/Dutifulness
- Available to work overtime as needed
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs
