Education Support Professional - Special District Program K-1

Job Description The Paraprofessional assists the classroom teacher in delivering curriculum, managing the classroom, and providing direct support to students, in the COACH K-1 program (“Creating Opportunities for All Children”.) This role involves working with students individually and in small groups, assisting with instructional activities, reinforcing learned concepts, and helping to maintain a positive and organized learning environment. The paraprofessional supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of all students.
