Mesa, AZ
We are an urgent care clinic in Mesa, AZ for veterinarians who want:

Veterinary medicine is a team effort. This role exists to support the local general practice veterinarians and provide reliable, compassionate care for the community when urgent or emergent needs arise.
THE WORK
- Same-day sick and injured cases
- Lacerations, blockages, vomiting dogs at 4pm, “it was fine yesterday” cats
- Diagnostics, procedures, problem-solving

- You get to practice medicine, your way
THE VIBE
- Fast, focused, and drama-free
- Skilled techs who actually tech
- Management that trusts you (wild concept, we know)
- Music in the treatment area (yes, really)
- Humor is welcome. Burnout culture is not.
WHO YOU ARE
- DVM, VMD, or BVMS (obviously)
- Confident, curious, and not afraid to say “this is interesting”
- Comfortable with emergency cases or hungry to get there
- You don’t need hand-holding, but you appreciate backup
- You care deeply — just not in a fake-smile way
THE PERKS (THE REAL ONES)
- Competitive pay (because passion doesn’t pay rent)
- Flexible scheduling that respects your life
- Paid CE time off to actually use it
- Health benefits, PTO, 401K, licensing covered
