Roofing Technician (Experienced)

Job Overview
We are seeking a technician to join our foam and coating team. The ideal candidate should have a 2 years in Roofing. Management experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include working in a team of 5-6 technicians to install and repair foam roofs, perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, and assist with other tasks as needed. The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and able to work with and eventually lead a team of 5-6 members. We hire our leadership positions from within and have solid growth.

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety regulations when working on a roof.
• Be willing to lead others and oversee projects.
• Use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment safely.
• Carry and use tools correctly.
• Be able to lift heavy objects and materials.
• Be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Be able to work at heights.
• Be willing to learn on the job.
• Maintain a drivers license.

3. You have the availability to travel out of town 20% of the time if needed.
