Role Description
The Direct Care Staff role is a part-time, on-site position based in Yucaipa, CA. The primary responsibilities include providing direct care, supervision, and support to youth in a therapeutic residential setting. Daily duties involve implementing treatment plans, engaging in crisis intervention, documenting client progress, and participating in team meetings. Staff members are expected to foster positive relationships with clients, maintaining a safe and supportive environment that encourages growth and healing.
