Overview:
We are seeking a professional, energetic Leasing Coordinator to help customers find the right leasing options for our lineup of Trail King, Pitts, Globe, Kalyn Siebert, Armorlite, and vocational / heavy-haul trucks. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales or customer relations who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with customers to identify leasing needs and recommend the right trailer or truck solutions.
• Manage lease documentation, applications, and approvals through Keystone Finance & Leasing LLC.
• Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of lease terms, payments, and renewals.
• Follow up with customers for renewals, upgrades, or trade-ins.
• Build long-term relationships that support repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in sales, finance, or leasing coordination (transportation industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
