We offer shelter, counseling, advocacy, education, and prevention services with the goal of restoring dignity and purpose while promoting public compassion and awareness to reduce violence in our communities. Position Summary:
The Front Desk & Administrative Assistant provides front-line administrative support for victims of family violence, sexual assault, dating violence, or other related crises. This role greets clients, manages communication, coordinates appointments, and ensures a professional, compassionate, and confidential environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate’s degree or higher (preferred).
Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or front-desk operations preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Job Type: Full-Time; Monday – Friday
Salary: Commensurate with experience

Work Locations: Office located in Tyler, Mineola, and Athens. Travel may be required to other counties we serve.
