Qualifications/Requirements
Graduation from an accredited four-year high school supplemented with additional course work in office administration, secretarial science or related field;
Considerable experience meeting and dealing with the public and working in an office setting;
Considerable knowledge of management information systems and technology;
Strong organizational, attention to detail, decision making and interpersonal skills; or
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

- Administrative work assisting central office employees and individuals who are seeking assistance and/or information about the agency.
- Greeting callers and walk-in visitors, determining their needs and referring them to the appropriate party for assistance.
- Provide general information about the organization.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties including sorting and delivering mail, making copies and gathering information requested by executive and administrative staff.
- Assist various departments as needed due to excessive workload demands.
- Assist with scheduling activities in the corporate conference room, coordinates meals and supplies for special events and functions.
- Run errands for departmental staff when necessary.
