Server / Bartender

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Provide attentive customer service by checking on guests regularly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Manage cash handling duties accurately, including processing payments and balancing registers at the end of shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, ensuring compliance with food handling standards and health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
• Assist with banquet or catering events when needed, providing professional service in various settings such as nightclubs or private functions.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of responsible beverage service practices.

Pay: $2.13 - $5.00 per hour
