- Lead and implement a districtwide family engagement framework
- Develop strategies to increase meaningful family participation, especially among historically underserved groups
- Coordinate family education workshops (e.g., attendance awareness, student wellness, college/career readiness)
- Ensure immediate enrollment, school stability, and equitable access to educational services for students identified as homeless.
- Collaborate with school sites to identify students experiencing homelessness and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Coordinate transportation, academic supports, and wraparound services to remove barriers to attendance and success.
- Partner with community agencies, shelters, and local organizations to connect families with housing, health, and social services.
- Advocate for equitable access to programs including special education, English learner services, extracurricular activities, and college/career readiness opportunities.
- Build partnerships with community-based organizations to support attendance and engagement
- Support schools in strengthening two-way communication systems with families
- Site Support & Capacity Building
- Develop training and resources on:
