Throughout the production, the coach will work alongside the credentialed teacher at District High School, supporting students of varying skill levels. This role includes design, rehearsal preparation, instruction, and performance support at one or more school sites, contributing to a high-quality production for a diverse student body.Requirements / Qualifications

- Experience with all visual skills and pedagogy related to the Marching band, Winter Guard or Winter Percussion activity
- Experience teaching high school-aged students
- Experience teaching small and large group instruction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation

- Participate as an integral member of the production design team
- Work in tandem with visual staff to design choreography and movement for the production
- Teach all aspects of Marching basics to all members
- Assist the director in managing visual staff's responsibilities
- Attend rehearsals and performances as scheduled with the director
- Stay advised as to the director's goals and agendas as to the timelines/deadlines for materials to be produced and/or learned by the students
- Foster student creativity, discipline, and teamwork in a culturally responsive and inclusive environment Other Duties/Responsibilities: Seasonal tied to a specific season or production Marching Band=One season/production Winter Percussion=One season/production Key Tasks/Duties:
