What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable position at East Side Oil Co?
Daily invoicing and balancing of Accounts Receivable.
Daily bank deposit
Monitoring A/R due invoices
Provide customer service to First Fuel Bank and East Side Oil Company customers.
Answering and properly dispatching incoming phone calls.
Data entery.
10 key. Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft programs
Many other miscellaneous duties and projects.
